By elastic restoring force of the elastic body 24, the upper and lower surfaces of the connectors 23 are in pressure contact between the opposing positive and negative terminals 8, 9, 18, 19 of the unit cell 1 and the circuit board 3. The connector 23 each includes a plurality of conductive bars 25 wound around an external surface of the elastic body 24.
