The content of the polyfunctional acrylate compound is at most 5 pts.mass to 100 pts.mass of the total of the at least two kinds of liquid crystal compounds and the chiral agent, and the content of the polyfunctional thiol compound is at least 5 pts.mass to 100 pts.mass of the total of the at least two kinds of liquid crystal compounds and the chiral agent.

The melting point of the high melting point liquid crystal compound is equal to or higher than the glass transition temperature of the transparent base material.
