The content Aw and Bw satisfy formula (1): 35≤Aw+Bw≤50. The primary particle size DA (μm) of the thermally conductive particles 3 and the primary particle size DB (μm) of the fire retardant particles 4 satisfy formula (2): DA/DB≥1.0.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional hologram recording medium, in which erroneous detection is caused when part of position sensing incident light penetrates a lower substrate and becomes reflection disturbance light from an upper substrate and accurate access to recorded information is prevented by the erroneous position sensing and reproduction cannot be carried out in some cases.       SOLUTION: The method for producing an adhesive sheet 1 includes: a step of preparing a base material 10 containing a polyvinyl chloride resin and a plasticizer; a step of preparing an adhesive coating material containing an adhesive and a plasticizer; and a step of forming a self-adhesive layer 20 on the base material 10 using the self-adhesive coating material. Since the plasticizer is contained in the self-adhesive layer 20, the plasticizer in the base material 10 hardly migrates into the self-adhesive layer 20, consequently change in the flexibility of the adhesive sheet 1 over time can be suppressed to some extent.
