SOLUTION: The process to produce the molded article by molding a thermoplastic resin is characterized in having following steps. A step to dissolve a material into a supercritical fluid wherein the material is incompatible with the thermoplastic resin but soluble to the supercritical fluid, a step to plasticize the thermoplastic resin in a plasticizing cylinder equipped with a plasticizing screw, a step to introduce the supercritical fluid and the material dissolved therein into the plasticizing cylinder to knead them with the thermoplastic resin by means of the plasticizing screw, and a step to introduce and mold the kneaded resin in the molding section.
