    • PURPOSE:To conduct a leakage current in water inside a water purifying device to the exterior of the device and thereby prevent electric shock accident by providing upper and lower electric leakage prevention elements outside an ultraviolet sterilization lamp and overlapping partly the tips of these electric leakage prevention elements at a fixed interval. CONSTITUTION:An upper electric leakage prevention element 23 is provided outside a submerged ultraviolet sterilization lamp 19 in such a manner that the upper part of the former protrudes above the water level and the lower part is located halfway through the depth of the water. In addition, a lower electric leakage prevention element 24 is provided halfway through the water upward from the bottom of a water purifying device. Then tips of these upper and lower electric leakage prevention elements are vertically overlapped partly over each other. If the vertical flow of water in the body of the device 11 changes or an electric current leaks into water from the feeder part of the sterilization lamp 19 due to the damage of a water-cooling jacket 18 and the sterilization lamp, this leakage current is conducted to the exterior of the body of the device 11 by means of the upper and lower current leakage prevention elements 23, 24 and an earth wire 25. Thus electric shock accident can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To conduct a leakage current into water provided in the body of a purifying device from a feeder part of an ultraviolet sterilization lamp, to the outside of the purifying device through a current leakage preventing element to prevent an electric shock accident by covering an inlet port and an outlet port in the body of the purifying device with a conductive current leakage preventing element. CONSTITUTION:A submersible ultraviolet sterilization lamp is provided in the interior of a box-type water purifying device. The inlet port 12 and outlet port 13 of the purifying device are covered with conductive leakage prevention elements 25, 26. Consequently, even if a water-cooled jacket and the sterilization lamp in the body of the purifying device 11 are damaged by an external impact and an electric current leaks into the body of the purifying device from the feeder part of the sterilization lamp, this leakage current is conducted to the exterior of the body of the purifying device 11 through the current leakage prevention bodies 25, 26 and earthing wire 27 provided on the inlet port 12 and outlet port 13 of the purifying device. As a result, the occurrence of electric shock accident in a park pond can be prevented and fish be protected against fatal electric shock.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain hot water with high energy efficiency by connecting a sea water heat exchange unit, a sea water heat source-heat pump unit, and a solar energy collecting unit to a hot water supply pipe system. CONSTITUTION:In a hot water supply pipe system 1, the temperature of hot water is orderly raised in the order of a sea water heat exchange unit 5 a sea water heat source heat pump unit 6 a solar energy collecting unit 7. The hot water so heated is held in a heat storage tank 70 possessed by the solar energy collecting unit 7. In operating the system, the opening degree of a three- way valve 62 is adjusted, sluice valves 52, 53, 73, and 74 are opened, the valve 54 is closed, and a solar energy-powered circulating pump 71, a hot water supply circulating pump 3, and hot water circulating pumps 51 and 61 are operated to supply hot water. Since such a device has a higher operational efficiency than that of heat suppliers using hot-water boilers, that is, the primary energy efficiency of this device is 1.1-1.4 as compared with that (0.8) of the hot water boiler, high energy efficiencies can thus be obtained.
