In addition, vibration preventive members for guiding the transfer belt are arranged before and behind the transfer roll and thereby, the toner image transfer device assuring highly stable transfer characteristics for a wide spectrum of paper sheet kinds from cardboard to thin paper, flat and smooth paper up to rough face paper and to provide the image forming apparatus using the same device.
