    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator structure of an electric motor that reduces an electromagnetic excitation force between a rotor and a stator, and resonance of the vibration mode of a structure system, and that, as a result, solves the vibration problem of the electric motor.
      SOLUTION: The stator structure of an electric motor consists of the rotor and the stator structured by stacking plate-like stator cores. A deformation shape to the excitation force is changed to a mode other than the zero-order of a circular ring, by making uneven the strength in the circumferential direction of each stator core 2 making up of the stator 1. Furthermore, at least two stator cores 2 are shifted to each other in the circumferential direction and stacked, so that the deformation of each stator core 2 becomes a reversed phase corresponding to the mode other than the zero-order of the circular ring of the deformation.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor structure using an adhesive agent for making a permanent magnet fixed in an insertion hole, thereby enhancing the rigidity of a rotor core.SOLUTION: A rotor structure comprises: a rotor core 1 including a plurality of magnetic plates 10 each having a plurality of insertion holes 2 therein in an axial direction, and laminated so that each of the plurality of insertion holes 2 is overlapped with each other; a permanent magnet 4 inserted in each of the insertion holes 2 from an end face of the rotor core 1 in the axial direction, and fixed to a prescribed position of each of the insertion hole 2 with an adhesive agent 5. A flux barrier 6, made of an air gap, is provided at each side of the permanent magnet 4 in the insertion hole 2 in circumferential direction. A notch 3 facing with both the permanent magnet 4 and the flux barrier 6, is formed at least some of the insertion holes 2 of at least some of the magnetic plates 10. The adhesive agent 5, contained in the notch 3 and the flux barrier 6, penetrates between the adjoining magnetic plates 10 so as to bond the magnetic plates 10, thereby enhancing the rigidity of the rotor core 1.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooling efficiency by effectively cooling around the heavily heating center portion of the direction of a rotating shaft of a rotor.
      SOLUTION: This electric motor is made up of the rotor 4 of an electric motor 1, a shaft 8 that becomes the rotating shaft, a ring 9 fixed to the roughly center portion of the shaft 8, and a pair of rotor cores 10 arranged at both sides of the direction of the rotating shaft sandwiching the ring 9. A plurality of louvers 15 are cut penetratingly in a pair of the rotor cores 10, and recessed portions 12 are formed on the outside circumferential surface of the ring 9. These louvers 15 are communicated with the recessed portions 12 to make a cooling air path. Then, a distance L2 from the opening positions of the recessed portions 12 to the shaft is made larger than a distance L1 from the opening positions of the louvers 15 to the shaft. By causing a pressure difference between the positions, cooling air taken into the louvers 15 when the rotor 4 is rotated is configured to flow toward the recessed portions 12 and to concentrate on the vicinity of the center portion of the rotor 4.
