    • PURPOSE:To detect the existence of irregurality and to execute processing such as the stop of calling when the irregurality is detected, by supervising a subscriber's line which is not permitted as a free line and detecting the existence of a response signal at the terminating to the subscriber. CONSTITUTION:When a calling signal is terminated to a subscriber's telephone (TEL) through a switch frame SWF, a terminating discrimination relay TER is actuated and a relay R receiving the calling signal from an incoming trunk is connected between lines A and B. When the relay R is actuated after receiving the calling signal from the incoming trunk, a subscriber calling relay G is actuated and a calling signal IR is sent to the subscriber's TEL through a contact (g). When the subscriber's TEL responds to the calling signal, a relay F is actuated by a call stopping signal. The actuation of the relay F restores the relay G and the call stopping signal is sent to the incoming trunk by a DC loop passing through a contact fa, a diode D and a line L.

    • PURPOSE:To discriminate a free line by an internal function of an exchange without controlling a terminal (subscriber's telephone set), by providing the free line subscriber's terminal with an out-band signal sending function, and detecting the response of a terminating subscriber by an incoming trunk. CONSTITUTION:When the free line subscriber's terminal of a talkie device TK is terminated from an incoming trunk ICT, both the subscribers are connected through a switch frame SWF by the known means. When detecting that the incoming trunk ICT has discriminated the terminating to the free line subscriber from the subscriber's response status by the known method, a controlling device CONT connects the incoming trunk ICT with an out-band signal receiver REC through an incoming trunk connector IC. When confirming that an out-band signal is not sent from the terminating terminal, the controlling device CONT commonds the sending of the out-band signal to an out-band signal generator OSC. The out-band signal is sent to all the free line subscriber's terminals through jumpers on a distributing frame MDF.

Changes in the potentials are monitored at the potential monitoring parts 5 and 10 respectively in the station device 3 and the customer station equipment 8, and the control parts 7 and 14 restore relays S in line switching parts 4 and 9, thereby the talkie service is interrupted.

    • PURPOSE:To detect a caller number by an incoming side without being affected by a caller before the response of a called party by equipping an ID receiver and a PB oscillator to an outgoing terminal or a outgoing station and an ID oscillator to an incoming terminal or an incoming station and controlling these devices. CONSTITUTION:When a TELA makes a call, an ORG detects the call and closes an ORC connector. On the other hand, when an incoming call comes to a TELB, a TRG detects the incoming call, closes a TRC connector and activates a TS relay. A 3S contact of a TRE of the incoming station is a contact of a 3S relay operated for 1sec and restored for 2sec, a ring tone RBT and a caller retrieval signal ID are transmitted to the caller during the operation of the contact and a ring signal IR is transmitted to a called party. A PB signal transmitted from the outgoing station is received by a PBREC during the restoring time of the 3S contact and stored. The operations above are all finished by the response of the called prty TELB, an OS relay of the outgoing station ORG and a TS relay of the incoming station TRE are restored for attaining normal call.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the transmission of announcement in an abnormal congestion mode without increasing the software load, by connecting previously the output side terminal of a time division switch to a sound source terminal corresponding to a subscriber class when a call bus is disconnected. CONSTITUTION:In case an abnormal congestion occurs in such a degree that it is on a level just to limit the outgoing of the general subscribers, a changeover switch 46 is changed with an announcement device 46 connected to a sound source terminal 37 to transmit the announcement informing the outgoing limitation to a general subscriber circuit, e.g., a subscriber circuit 30 which is connected to the terminal 37. After this, an information on the outgoing limitation can be heard from the device 46 with no intervention of a software when a telephone 28 is picked up. In case the congestion increases to cause the need for the outgoing limitation of an important subscriber, a changeover switch 45 is switched to allow even the important subscriber to hear the announcement of the outgoing limitation through an announcement device 44. In these cases, a subscriber who is talking at a moment when outgoing limitation starts can complete the talking without receiving any effect.
