摘要： PURPOSE:To automatically display the degree of deterioration and to facilitate the easy conduction of maintenance and inspection operations by integrating and magnetically shielding sensors, a processing circuit, a display device, and a power source device. CONSTITUTION:The moisture detecting sensor 12 and the temp. detecting sensor 13 are housed in a magnetically shieldable supporting pipe 15. The sensors 12, 13 are communicated with the gaseous nitrogen atmosphere of a metering transformer via the many holes of this pipe 15. The processing device 14 determines the moisture content and temp. in an insulating oil from the output signals from the sensors 12, 13, compares the moisture content and a specified value to decide the degree of the deterioration of the insulating oil. The data on the permissible moisture content with respect to oil temp. is previously stored in a memory 16. The device 14 outputs the results of the decision to the display device 17. The device 17 emits light from 3 pieces of LED elements varying in colors to make display toward the operator on the ground according to whether the degree of the deterioration is normal, cautionary or abnormal. The switching circuit 18 makes the circuit conducting and nonconducting by the IR remote control signal projected from the operator.

The product is added to a lubricant, preferably by more than 16ppm based on the nonbasic nitrogen and less than 3ppm as the basic nitrogen. EFFECT:The improver shows high solubility in the lubricant oil.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a lubricating oil which causes no attrition due to corrosion during a long-term service and is excellent in attrition resistance and flon stability, by incorporating a higher fatty acid-modified silicone oil in a base oil for lubricating oil. CONSTITUTION:A lubricating oil comprising a base oil for a lubricating oil and 20-10,000ppm higher fatty acid-modified silicone oil incorporated therein. Examples of the base oil include mineral oils and synthetic oils, which are usually employed as a lubricating oil having a viscosity of about 5-500cSt (40 deg.C), or their mixtures. Examples of the mineral oils include refined oil having the above viscosity obtained from naphthenic or paraffinic crude oil. The viscosity may be selected according to applications. Since the use of a base oil having a low fluidizing point is particularly important, the base oils which have been subjected to cryogenic dewaxing refining or hydrogenative dewaxing refining. The higher fatty acid-modified silicone oil used is obtained by partially or completely substituting the methyl groups of a dimethylpolysiloxane with a 10C for higher fatty acid.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the titled lubricant having a low viscosity and capable of inhibiting sludge formation, which comprises a particular base oil having a decreased low-boiling fraction content. CONSTITUTION:A flon compressor lubricant comprising an alkylbenzene or a mixed oil of an alkylbenzene and a mineral oil as a base oil, wherein the content of fractions having a boiling point of 330 deg.C (under 1atm) or less of the lubricant is limited to 5vol% or less. The alkylbenzene which can be suitably employed may either have a branched side chain (hard type) or a straight side chain (soft type). A mineral oil of the paraffin group type may be employed. It is preferred that the mixing ratio of alkylbenzene to mineral oil be in the range of about 10:0- about 20:80vol%. When the alkylbenzene is present in an amt. of 20vol% or more, the compatibility with flon and fluidity at low temp. of the lubricant are improved. By the use of the above-mentioned lubricant, a low-viscosity lubrication is ensured, and the sludge formation and adherence around the discharge valve of the compressor can be inhibited.
