摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press forming deep drawing method capable of coping with a deep drawing of a stainless steel sheet easily, and after the deep drawing, the secondary operation can be carried out as it is, and to provide worked pieces formed by this method. SOLUTION: On the surface of the plate of a stainless steel sheet or the like, there is formed a lubricating film consisting of a polymeric lubricant coat or a solid lubricant coat. After applying lubricating oil on the surface of this lubricating film, the deep drawing is carried out. Accordingly the press forming deep drawing even in the casing 2 for a pump made of the stainless steel sheet of which the drawing ratio is not less than 2.4 is made possible. In the secondary operation after having the deep drawing, a solution treatment can be eliminated so that a heat treatment cost is reduced and the worked pieces' stay in the heat treatment is prevented. Therefore, the material strength reduction with the solution treatment is controlled, and the plate thickness in use can be made thin.
