    • PURPOSE:To enable assembling of small quantity with multiple kinds by disposing an assembly table commonly used in various assembling works in the area around a handling means and assembling helpers and jigs for using the table effectively. CONSTITUTION:A robot O as a handling means, a converyor 100 supplying various kinds of parts which are objects of assembling in the area where handling can be made and a conveyor 200 carrying out the parts are provided. In the area where handling is possible, an assembling table 2,200, assembling helpers 600, 620, 640, 660, 680 are disposed and jigs used for helping combination of respective parts and assembling helpers are also disposed. And on the assembling table 2,200, a system control panel 3,000 controlling a hand 1,100 of the robot and a robot control panel 3,300 are provided so as to combine respective parts through the assembling helpers and jigs.
    • 目的:通过在处理装置周围的区域中安装各种组装工作中常用的组装台,组装帮助工具和夹具,实现多种种类的小批量组装。 构成:提供作为处理装置的机器人O,提供作为可以进行处理的区域中的组装对象的各种部件的执行器100以及执行部件的输送机200。 在可以进行处理的区域中,设置组装工作台2,200,组装辅助装置600,620,640,660,680,并且还设置用于帮助各部件的组合和组装助手的夹具。 并且在组装工作台2,200上,设置有控制机器人的手1100的系统控制面板3000和机器人控制面板3,300,以通过组装助手和夹具组合各部分。
