    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which is available for marketing, a railroad transportation plan, and the like by efficiently estimating a route traveled by a railroad user from information such as entrance and exit at a ticket gate or purchase data left as a history in an electronic ticket, and further estimating the user's departure place and final destination including transit, and to provide services using the system.SOLUTION: In the system, a "movement log" is generated by utilizing a "route master" which defines a travel route including an average traveling time and fare without utilizing diagram dataand selecting the route in consideration of weighting (priority) of a route to be selected. For multiple movement logs, "transit determination" is made based on the relationship between a destination station and exit time in one movement log and a departure station and entrance time in another movement log to determine the departure place and final destination of a railroad user as a series of movements.
