    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that although this invention is based on assumption that a place where many persons stop in a fixed time draws attention from people, there exists such a place as a toilet in front of a pedestrian crossing where many persons stop even when the spot does not necessarily draw attention, and that there is a case in which such a place that does not actually draw attention may be presented as a highlight spot, and the precision of the highlight spot used to be low in a conventional method. SOLUTION: The photographic place, object distance and photographic direction of an image transmitted from a portable telephone terminal with an image photographing function are acquired and stored in a center server. The center server detects the same object photographed by many persons from the information, and calculates a range where the object is viewed, and stores it as a highlight spot. The center server retrieves and presents the appropriate highlight spot in response to a retrieval query from a sightseeing user who wants to visit the highlight spot or a sightseeing undertaker who wants to grasp the highlight spot.
