    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce inductance in a capacitor unit formed by connecting in parallel a plurality of capacitor elements.
      SOLUTION: Plate type anode conductors 9a, 10a and cathode conductors 9b, 10b are allocated in the upper and lower sides of a plurality of capacitor elements arranged. An insulating layer 12 is inserted between the anode conductors and cathode conductors. Lead wire of each capacitor element connects plate type conductors so that polarity is inverted from that of the adjacent capacitor element. For example, the anode lead wire 6a of the capacitor element 5 is connected to the anode conductor 9a passing through the cathode conductor 9b and insulating layer 12. Moreover, the cathode lead wire 6b is connected only to the cathode conductor 10b, and a hole 11 is opened between the anode conductor 10a and the insulating layer 12. Meanwhile, each lead wire of the capacitor element 7 is connected to the anode conductor 10a and cathode conductor 9b to provide the polarity inverted from that of the capacitor element 1.
