    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant control system with no possibility of malfunction of a device ON/OFF controlled by an LV (Logical Variable) function.
      SOLUTION: An operator displays a measuring instrument figure 4 of TAG on an operation screen 3 of a man machine 1 and performs ON/OFF operation. An LV TAG is registered with authority and it is decided from an authority monitoring information table 1E whether an object TAG of an output request is a TAG with authority of output request. Without authority, an alarm pattern is created unconditionally and output operation is performed; with authority, output request monitoring processing checks a right of access and access code. As a result of checking, the authorities coincide, an output pattern is created to perform the output operation; otherwise, the alarm message is created and the operator is informed of abnormality. Consequently, since an unexpected output request is discovered and suppressed, and authority monitoring including, a plant state, and a time slot becomes possible, the malfunction of the device can be prevented, so that the reliability is improved.
