    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surge generation preventing device capable of preventing surge, and easily grasping an operating state of a compressor, and a compressor incorporating the surge generation preventing device.SOLUTION: A surge generation preventing device 10 includes polytropic head calculating means 13 acquiring information on a suction flow rate, a suction pressure Ps, a suction temperature Ts, a discharge pressure Pd and a discharge temperature Td of a compressor 1, and calculating a polytropic head value hpol, molecular weight estimating means 14 estimating a molecular weight MW' of a gas on the basis of the polytropic head value, surge determining means 18 for determining whether surge is generated or not by using a calculated value h not including the molecular weight MW' of the gas on the basis of the surge generation information from an operating point of the compressor 1, performance characteristic calculating means 15 calculating performance characteristic of the compressor 1 by using the estimated molecular weight MW', and operating state calculating means 16 calculating the performance characteristic, the operating point of the compressor and the surge generation information, to the information indicating the relationship between the suction flow rate of the gas and the polytropic head value, and outputting the same to a display unit 17.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce disc friction loss in an impeller by providing a guide vane for suppressing percolation by generating flow retrorse to percolation, on the outside of an impeller main plate. CONSTITUTION:When gas leakage flow 7 from a following stage impeller inlet passage 6 passes between an impeller main plate 2 and a static passage 4, friction to the impeller main plate 2 is generated so as to generate disc friction loss. Since the gas leakage flow 7 is leakage flow from the following stage impeller inlet passage 6, the velocity component of leakage flow is only a radial velocity component. Since gas flows in a place where an impeller 1 is rotated, large friction is generated on the main plate side of the impeller 1. In order to suppress this leakage flow, a guide vane 9 is provided on the outside of the impeller main plate 2. The guide vane 9 is fitted in such a way as to have a negative angle to the rotating direction tangent of the impeller 1, and gas flow 11 inward from the outside is generated by the wedge effect. Leakage flow from the following stage impeller inlet side passage 6 is thereby suppressed.

    • PURPOSE:To speedily and completely release remaining stress of a rotor which has been shrinkage fitted by providing grooves subjected to injection pressure of oil and injection holes in a rotary type fluid machine having impellers installed on a shaft by shrinkage fit. CONSTITUTION:Rotors, namely, impellers 2, 3, a balance drum 4, and a sleeve 5 are installed on a shaft 1 by shrinkage fit. Holes 7a, 7b, 7c, 7d for leading oil in grooves are provided on each rotor, and installing ports of transport pipe for supplying oil from a pump are provided in the inlets of the holes 7a, 7b, 7c, 7d respectively. Oil is supplied from the holes 7a, 7b, 7c, 7d into respective grooves 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d by the pump, and oil pressure is applied. Therefore, respective inner diameters of rotors 2, 3, 4, 5 are enlarged slightly so as to release remaining stress generated by shrinkage fit. It is thus possible to suppress shaft vibration generated by deformation of the shaft by remaining stress, and also improve reliability and safety.
