A processing part 410 in the server 400 comprises: recommendation order generation means M1 for generating a recommendation contents list composed of recommendation contents respectively obtained by a plurality of recommendation methods and the recommendation order of the recommendation contents; and selected recommendation method acquisition means M3 for acquiring a recommendation content selected by the user terminal 100 and an identifier of a recommendation method from the plurality of recommendation content lists generated by the means M1. The processing part 410 forms a database D1 for storing a group of the recommendation content selected by a user and the identification of the recommendation method and a database for storing the recommendation order of the recommendation contents of the recommendation method in a storage part 420 and generates recommendation information.
