    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent magnet motor controller, which can solve the conventional problem that preparation of another drive gear is required for performing adjustment to match the induced voltage of a motor and the magnetic-pole position signal, by rotating the motor by means of the driving gear for matching the magnetic-pole position signal and the position of the magnetic pole of the motor. SOLUTION: In this permanent magnet motor controller, a magnetic-pole positioning circuit is provided and the position of the magnetic pole of the motor matches the magnetic pole position signal, by rotating the position of the magnetic pole through excitation of the motor with a direct current or an alternating current and stopping the motor at a fixed position, by using a current control circuit originally contained in this controller. Consequently, the need of preparing another drive gear is eliminated from the conventional example. In addition, since the current control circuit contained in this controller is used, this controller is realized with a simple constitution.
