The detailed information is the details set to a comment column and a distinction element obtained by coding the set details. The transmission of an electronic mail, listing on an electronic bulletin board, and presetting of, for example, remote processing commands to other computers are enabled and information corresponding to them can be selectively transferred to anyone on this device or an external computer.
