    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a control device may be enlarged when a redundant bit or additional hardware is packaged, such as an ECC.
      SOLUTION: When a transient bit error of a memory (RAM) is generated in the control device, ROM data and RAM data are mutually compared in the case of fixed area data. When the compared result is inconsistent, the RAM data are corrected with the ROM data as a real value. In the case of variable area data, the data are tripled, respective data are compared with each other in reading the data, and when one data is inconsistent, two remaining data are regarded as real values and the inconsistent data is corrected. When the number of times of correction reaches the prescribed number of times, prescribed abnormality processing is performed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fault contact detectability by using a secondary signal occurring in transmitting and receiving and frequency damping characteristics of a transmission channel without using a direct current power supply circuit or the like for fault contact detection. SOLUTION: The fault contact detection device is equipped with a receiver having a receiving processing means capable of measuring a level of signal wave which secondarily occurs in creating the main signal in a transmission side and is in a frequency damping band area. The fault contact detection device can easily determine that the transmission side signal arrives at the reception side without going through the transmission channel and detect the fault contact between the transmission and reception with safety and high reliability.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect abnormality of a carrier wave frequency oscillator by measuring a carrier frequency component contained in a modulation wave while paying attention to the fact that a frequency component of a carrier wave is present in the modulation wave in a system which performs modulation using the carrier wave.
