    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic coil driving circuit capable of preventing a relay contact point from being deposited without using a relay having a large contact capacity and to provide a hydraulic elevator device provided with the electromagnetic coil driving circuit.SOLUTION: A diode 8 is arranged parallel to a resistance 7 of a CR circuit which is connected in parallel with a relay contact 3. The diode 8 is directed so that an electric current in an electromagnetic coil 1 flows to the diode 8 to charge a capacitor 6 when a contact is opened. Because the electric current in the electromagnetic coil 1 flows to the capacitor 6 through the diode 8, a capacitor having a large capacity can shorten the time for arc generation when the contact is opened. When the contact is closed, charge of the capacitor 6 is discharged as an inrush current through the relay contact 3 and the resistance 7. Thus, high resistance can reduce the inrush current. Therefore, an electromagnetic coil drive circuit can be miniaturized, produced at low cost and have a long service life without adapting a relay with a large contact capacity.
