    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optical disc device allowing the size to be reduced and made thin. SOLUTION: When a motor 801 of a holding mechanism 8 rotates, the rotational force of the motor 801 is transmitted to a cam gear 804 through a worm gear 805 attached to a shaft. When the cam gear 804 rotates in a direction A1, a protrusion 806 of the gear 804 butts a first force receiving part 802a of a lock lever 802 and this part 802a rotates in a direction A2. When the receiving part 802a rotates in the direction A2, a holder 802b of the lever 802 rotates in a direction B to release a tray 5 from a hold state. For mechanically ejecting the tray 5 with an optical disc device 1 set power-off or the like, an insert member is pushed into an insert hole 203 of said front bezel 2, the force receiving part 802c of the lock lever 802 is pressed to rotate the this part 802c in a direction C. When the part 802c rotates in the direction C, the holder 802b moves in the direction B to release the tray 5 from the holding mechanism 8.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the moving space width of a guide body by providing a first means to press and turn the tape guide body along one part of a guide channel in the tape entering side of a revolving head cylinder and a second means to cause one part of the guide body, which goes into the guide channel, to get out of the guide channel with accompanying the turning. CONSTITUTION:A wall part 14 and a guide part 15 are provided in a protruding part in a guide channel 2a side of a revolving head cylinder 5. By these parts 14 and 15, when a tape guide body 1a is moved in this part, a guide roller 6a and an inclining pin 7a are in a parallel condition along the guide channel 2a and the moving space width of the tape guide body 1a goes to be the width or below of the guide channel 2a and to be minimum. Accordingly, the guide channel 2a can be closed to the revolving head cylinder 5 only by the part of the decreased width and an impedance roller 9 and a full-width erase head 10 can be fixed and arranged. Here, the positions of a catcher 11a and guide channel 2a to arrive at this catcher are set so that the guide roller 6a and inclining pin 7a can be positioned at an optimum position in a tape loading condition.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the workability for assembling and decomposition by moving a supporting shaft provided on a tape guide body in the horizontal direction to engage an engaging groove of the supporting shaft with the hole part of an odd-shaped hole after the supporting shaft is inserted to an insertion hole of the odd-shaped hole provided in a link against a flat spring. CONSTITUTION:A supporting shaft 14a is inserted to an insertion hole 17a against a flat spring 18 and is so adjusted that an engaging groove 14b is level with a link 16, and the supporting shaft 14a is moved in the horizontal direction so that the engaging groove 14b is engaged with a hole part 17b. The flat spring 18 is restored to the original position, and a contacting part 18a of the flat spring 18 is placed on a side of the supporting shaft 15a. Therefore, the engaging groove 14b is engaged with the hole part 17b to prevent the supporting shaft 14a from slipping in the vertical direction, and the contacting part 18a of the flat spring 18 is brought into contact with the peripheral part of the supporting shaft 14a to prevent the supporting shaft 14a from slipping in the horizontal direction, and a tape guide body 14 and the link 16 are freely rotatably coupled to each other. By this constitution, the mechanism is made small-sized and thin and the workability for assembling and decomposition is improved.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the picture recording leakage and also to improve the operability for reservation of broadcast programs, by comparing and operating the picture recordable length of a magnetic tape with the set picture recording time to set the picture recording times in both the standard and long-time picture recording modes. CONSTITUTION:A system control circuit 7 calculates the picture recordable time of a magnetic tape loaded by the signals applied from a magnetic tape discriminating part 1 and reel revolution detectors 2a and 2b after the picture record is started for a reserved program and in case a standard picture recording mode is set by a picture recording mode setting circuit 8. While the set picture recording time of a circuit 3 is compared and operated with the remaining amount of the tape to set a picture recording mode for record of the entire reserved program and also to calculate the recording time. Then a mode switching circuit 4 is controlled based on the data obtained through the arithmetic processing. Thus the revolving speed of a capstan motor 6 is changed.

Also, a fitting part 22a to a tool of a hexagonal shape, etc. is provided as one body with the worm gear 22 on the same axis of the worm gear 22, and formed so that a fine adjustment can also be executed by a tool such as a wrench.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the side pressure and at the same time to increase the head shaking torque by constituting a head shaking mechanism by using an elastic rubber belt not the spring tension to bring an idler into contact with a drive pulley. CONSTITUTION:When a motor shaft 3a is revolved counterclockwise, a belt 14 hooked between a subpulley 13 and an idler 6 transmits the revolving torque of a drive pulley 4 to the idler 6 via the pulley 13. In this case, the idler 6 is pressed to a felt 7 and a spring 8, therefore it does not revolute with slight force. Thus the idler 6 shakes head toward an arrow head A centering on the shaft 3a. In addition, a satisfactory head shaking torque is produced by the frictional resistance between the pulley 4 and the idler 6. Then both right and left reel drive disks can be head-shaked with switching of the revolving direction of a motor. In such constitution, a large head shaking torque is generated with a small quantity of side pressure. This saves the labor and time.
