摘要： PURPOSE:To improve sliding durability by continuously feeding a liq. for imparting low frictional and wearing properties to the surface of a protective layer and forming a lubricative film on the surface of the protective layer by adsorption or reaction. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic layer and a protective layer are successively formed on a nonmagnetic substrate and a liq. for imparting low frictional and low wearing properties is continuously fed to the surface of the protective layer. The liq. is, e.g. a soln. prepd. by dissolving a fluorine-contg. compd. consisting of a fluorine-contg. part and a fluorine-free part and a liq. lubricant to which an extremepressure additive and an oily agent have been added in a low viscosity solvent. The constituent components of the liq. are adsorbed on the surface of the protective layer or react with the surface to form a lubricative film having low frictional and wearing properties and excellent sliding resistance is ensured.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a rust-preventive lubricant which inhibits rusting and has an excellent lubricating action when applied to the surface of steel material, etc., prepd. by adding polyphosphoric acid and phosphorous ester to a base lubricating oil. CONSTITUTION:The lubricant is prepd. by adding condensed phosphoric acid (e.g. pyrophosphoric or polyphosphoric acid) and at least one of phosphite of formula I and/or II (where R is aryl or alkyl) [e.g. triphenyl phosphite or tris(nonylphenyl)phosphite]. When applied to the surface of steel material, etc., the lubricant functions as both rust inhibitor and lubricant, thus eliminating the need of conventional rustproofing treatment and lubrication with phosphate film and leading to reduction of production cost to a great extent.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the corrosion of the inside surfaces of a freon gas generator and to suppress the decomposition of the freon gas by applying a specific surface treatment on the inside surface of said generator made of steel in an absorption type refrigerator using freon as a refrigerant. CONSTITUTION:The gaseous freon generated from an evaporator 1 of an absorption type refrigerator using said gas as a refrigerant is absorbed into the absorbing liquid of a polar org. solvent in an absorber 2 and is pumped 6 into a freon generator 3 through a heat exchanger 5. Here the liquid is heated and gaseous freon is generated. This gas is cooled in a condenser 4 to form high pressure freon liquid which is released by an expansion valve 7 and after said liquid performs a cooling effect by absorbing heat, the liquid enters the evaporator. Here the Fe2O3 on the surfaces of the steel materials constituting the generator 3 and the freon react to decompose the freon, and the steel materials are corroded by said decomposition. In order to prevent the corrosion the inside surface of the generator is treated with a treating soln. contg. zinc phosphate and manganese phosphate whereby films for preventing corrosion are formed.

SOLUTION: In a lithium secondary battery having a negative electrode 11 capable of storing/discharging lithium, a positive electrode 10 capable of storing/discharging lithium, and a nonaqueous electrolyte, the nonaqueous electrolyte is solidified by a thermal reaction at a fixed temperature. The nonaqueous electrolyte has a lithium salt and a nonaqueous solvent, the nonaqueous solvent comprises a nonaqueous solvent capable of dissolving the lithium salt and a thermopolymerizable nonaqueous solvent, the nonaqueous solvent capable of dissolving the lithium salt is of 50 to 95 vol.%, preferably 65 to 90 vol.%, while the thermopolymerizing nonaqueous solvent is of 5 to 50 vol.%, preferably 10 to 35 vol.%, and the nonaqueous solvent is thermopolymerized and solidified by over-charge, over-discharge, or an abnormal temperature rise.

SOLUTION: This fluorine-containing compound is represented by the formula X is CONR, CH2 NR [R is Ck H2k+1 (Ck H2k+1 is H, an alkyl; k is an integer of 0-17)]; n is an integer of 1-5; m is 1 or 2; Rf is a perfluorooxyalkylene of >=800 average molecular weight}. At least one of the fluorine-containing compound is used to give a surface modifier which can improve the sliding durability of a magnetic recording medium with reduced dustability. The objective compound is coated on the surface(s) of at least one of the magnetic layer or the protecting layer on the outside of the magnetic layer to give a good magnetic recording medium having one or more magnetic layers on a nonmagnetic supporter.

SOLUTION: This fluorine compound is represented by formula I (wherein X is O, S, NR (wherein R is H, a 1-18C linear or branched alkyl, a 3-12C cycloalkyl or an aromatic-ring-containing residue); Y is a 1-18C linear or branched alkyl, a 3-12C acycloalkyl or an aromatic-ring-containing residue; X is O and Y is H; Z is an amino compound; and Rf is a perfluoropolyoxyalkylene chain of an average-molecular weight of 800 or above) and has a pKa of a desirably 2.5 or above. An example of this compound is a compound of formula II. This compound has a high solubility in perfluorohexane and can provide a material having high water repellency and lubricity. The thickness of the film formed on the surface of the protective layer is desirably 30nm or above.

CONSTITUTION:The titled lubricant is obtained by mixing a phosphorus- containing compound with a lubricating oil and keeping the mixture in a water- free form. The phosphorus-containing compound to be used includes a phosphoric acid monoester of the formula (wherein R is an alkyl, an alkylalkenyl or aryl). The addition of at least one member selected from among fatty acids, fatty acid amides and metal soaps to the phosphoric acid monoester promotes the formation of a film of the phosphoric acid monoester, leading to a further improvement in lubricating performance, which contributes to a high degree of working performance. When the plastic working is conducted at a high temp. exceeding about 350 deg.C, the lubricant may be incorporated with a solid lubricant such as graphite or boron nitride as a lubricity imparting agent.
