    • PURPOSE:To provide a small and simple shaft sealing device by eliminating an oil tank for shaft sealing by installing a shaft sealing element to the intake side of a vane wheel so that high pressure is not applied on the outside of the shaft sealing element, thus preventing an outside liquid from penetrating to inside of an electric motor. CONSTITUTION:A radial bearing metal 10 made of a sintered metal is attached to a through hole located on the center of a bottom end lid 9 which is integrated to the bottom end of a rotor 5. A stator shaft 4 passes the through hole. Number 11 is a mechanical seal used for sealing the clearence between the bearing metal 10 and the stator 4, and is located to the intake side of the vane wheel 19, therefore high pressure on the outside of the shaft sealing element 11 is avoided, thus preventing an outside liquid from penetrating to inside of an electric motor due to the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the shaft sealing element, resulting elmination of an oil tank to be used for shaft sealing. Consequently, a shaft sealing device can be minimized and simplified.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate invasion of air or oil into a casing from or through the rotor shaft supporting section at the suction side of gas and contrive to make the device highly efficient by a method wherein the rotor supporting section is not provided at the suction side of gas in the pump casing. CONSTITUTION:The bearing section of the rotors 30, 40 consisting of radial bearings 31, 41 and thrust bearings 32, 42, and the shaft sealing device of the same rotor 30, 40, consisting of carbon ring seals 34, 44 and screw seals 35, 45, are provided at the shaft sections of the rotor. The bearing sections and the shaft sealing devices are not existing at the side of a suction port, therefore, gas (atmosphere) will never invade into a cylindrical chamber 22 from the suction side and prominent compression efficiency as well as high vacuum condition may be obtained. Accordingly, a wide pressure range, which has never been achieved by the no lubrication system of prior art, may be achieved in this device. On the other hand, lubricating oil will never invade into the cylindrical chamber through the bearing section or shaft sealing device since there is no such devices at the suction side as described above and the reverse diffusion of the particle of oil may be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the precision of the outlet tip of vanes, to simplify the assembly and welding work, and to improve the pump performance by molding an outer peripheral guide and vanes in one body under press working and by fitting both side pltes in conformance with the outer peripheral guide. CONSTITUTION:An outer peripheral guide 3 constituting the outer diameter of an impeller from the outlet end of vanes 1 and vanes 1 are press molded in one body from a sheet of plate to form vanes with an outer peripheral guide, then outer peripheral guides 3 of vanes 1 are connected to each other to be combined in a predetermined jig, and the outer diameter side of vanes 1 is fixed correctly. Under this state, both side plates 4, 5 are coupled in conformance with the outer peripheral guide 3, and are welded to vanes 1 to form a steel plate impeller of a pump. According to this constitution, the precision for the centering of both side plates 4, 5 of the steel plate impeller and for the positioning of the tip of vanes 1 is improved, the assembly and welding work and can be simplified, and the pump performance can be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a ventilator with high durability and wind volume by installing sensible heat exchanger and absorbent moisture transfer member between outlet and inlet air flow systems. CONSTITUTION:In the ventilation of the room during air-conditioning operation, the operation of the fans 4 and 5 is conducted so that outside cool inlet air may be let into the first wind passage 2 and warm outlet from the room into the second wind passage 3. By so doing, the outlet air flow is robbed of sensible heat by means of the evapolator 7 and then of latent heat by discharging moisture to the fin 10 (moisture transfer member). Moisture discharged under the fin 10 is transferred to the upper inlet air flow through means of capillary phenomenon. Then, inlet air flow after obtaining moisture from the fin 10 is provided with sensible heat which the condenser 6 has collected by means of the evalator 7. Thus, the temperature and humidity of inlet air flow discharged from the ventilator are held to almost the same temperature and humidity as outlet air flow.
