An adjacent short pipe is thereby disconnected and moved without disassembling the inner cylinder pipe 8 from the outer cylinder pipe 9. Dislocation adjusting devices 14, 15 for adjusting the mutual dislocation of the fastening bolt hole of a mating flange to be fastened have male-female conical centering means fitted into the mutual bolt hole of the mating flange to be fastened to the expanding/ contracting inner cylinder pipe 8 and forcibly correct vertical and circumferential dislocation by the thrust of pushing out the cylindrical pipe, with the conical face as a guide.

    • PURPOSE:To efficiently polish a blade, being an object to be ground, and the inner surface of a flow passage, by a method wherein an object to be ground is placed in a tank filled with an abrasive and an abrasive assistant, and the object to be ground is rotated. CONSTITUTION:An object 4 to be ground is placed in a tank 3 filled with an abrassive 1 and an abrasive assistant 2, and the object is rotated through the medium of a shaft 5 and a coupling 6 with the aid of a motor 7. The abrasive 1 and the abrasive assistant 2 are sucked through the suction port of the object 3 to be ground, and flows through the interior to an outlet. When the abrasive 1 and the abrasive assistant 2 pass through the interior of the object 3 to be ground at a high speed as described above, the abrasive 1 is collided with the inner surface of the object to be ground, or pressed with a force to grind the uneven surface part of the inner surface into a smooth surface with high efficiency.

CONSTITUTION:Upon advance of a nozzle 11 at the tip of a valve rod 5 in NC machine toward a hole and further advance upon reaching to the inlet of the hole, a valve rod 5 is pushed down against the spring 8 force to open a valve 9 thus to inject the tapping paste contained in a tapping paste injection chamber 10 through a hole made in the valve rod 5. Upon further advance, the flange 12 will contact against the piston 4 to push it down thus to push out the tapping paste through the hole of the valve rod 5 and to retract upon injection of predetermined amount thereafter, the valve rod 5 is pushed up by the spring 8 to close the valve 9 thus to stop injection of tapping paste.

SOLUTION: In this static balance correction method for an impeller having an unbalance position detection process which freely and rotationally moves an impeller 1 about the axial center by the dead weight and detects a circumferential position where the weight of the impeller is unbalanced by stop of its free rotational movement, an unbalance quantity detection process which detects the unbalance quantity in its circumferential position, and an unbalance removal process which uniformizes the weight balance about the axial center of the impeller 1 by removing the base metal of the impeller 1 by a quantity equivalent to the unbalance quantity, the impeller 1 is made to stop after forcedly and rotationally moving by 90 deg. from the stop position of the free rotational movement in the unbalance quantity detection process so that a torque T generated by the dead weight is detected in releasing the impeller 1 again from this stop position.

Afterward, the work object 2 is carried out to the work buffer 7 from the work machine body 3. Thereby, a thin plate- like and three-dimensional curved surface-shaped blade surface can be continuously and automatically machined.

The shafts 6a, 6b are coupled to each other by a fastening member 21, one side of which is engaged with the split ring 20, the other side thereof having a setscrew 22 engaged with the setscrew 18. Thus, the concentricity can be ensured simply.

    • PURPOSE:To uniformly polish the inner face of the flow passage of any of impellers having various shapes of vanes respectively with high accuracy by providing an installing angle adjustable guide vane. CONSTITUTION:An impeller 8 is rotated in a tank 6 containing an abrasive 9 and an auxiliary abrasive 7 such as water, etc., via a shaft coupling 2 and a shaft 5. Accompanying this rotation, the abrasive 9 and auxiliary abrasive 7 are sucked in from the suction port of the impeller 8 and, in the process of their getting out while scrubbing the flow passage wall of the impeller 8, the flow passage wall is polished by the abrasive 9 removing ruggedness to obtain a smooth finished surface. In this case, the flow of the abrasive 9 and auxiliary abrasive 7 are streamlined by means of guide vanes 10 the set angle of which is freely adjustable, controlling an incident angle at the time of suction to optimize the angle for the abrasive 9 to hit against the faces of vanes at all times, thereby, making the polishing degree of the suction port of an impeller 8 having any inclination angle the same.
