CONSTITUTION: Respective drivers 190 and 200 analyze input from the keyboard and mouse 120 and 130 of a personal computer terminal 110 connected to the communication network 160 and transmits it to a CPU 250. The CPU 250 executes the storage program of a main memory 240 and reads and writes data such as a telephone, name and personal computer correspondence chart (TT) or the like stored in a disk device 260 beforehand. When a user inputs an opposite party telephone number and the name, the CPU 250 retrieves the TT of the device 260 and displays the address of the personal computer whose using possibility of the opposite party is high and the other information at a display 140. When an instruction is issued while viewing the display, the CPU 250 performs a connection processing with the opposite terminal through a communication I/F 270. Thus, even when the address of the opposite party is unknown, the opposite terminal is connected and the information communication is made possible.

A numeric value area covering relation deciding device 2 is constituted of assembling plural unit circuits 1, two numeric value areas to be compared are supplied to DI1-DI2 and DI3-DI4, the deciding result of the covered relation is obtained by the value of registers 43 and 44, the numeric value is outputted to DO1-DO4 in the sequence of small size and plural deciding signals are outputted. Thus, the covered relation of the numeric value scope can be set at a high speed.
