    • PURPOSE:To improve heat transfer efficiency, by a method wherein a fine piece at the central part is formed so as to have a larger projected area in a fluid passing direction with respect to the same flow passage width than the projected area of small pieces at both sides in the same direction with respect to the same flow passage width. CONSTITUTION:The base plate 1 of fins in a space between contacting parts with a heat transfer tube is provided with a plurality of fine pieces 3 while the small pieces 3 are divided in a direction intersecting with the flow direction A of fluid. Respective fine pieces 3 are provided with the fine pieces 3A of a central part, which are formed in a direction intersecting with the flow direction L of the fluid at the central part of the small pieces 3 and a plurality of both sides fine pieces 3B provided at both sides of the fine pieces 3A at the central part and smaller than the fine pieces 3A. Accordingly, the area 12 of low-speed flow is formed on the part of the central fine pieces 3A and the area 11 of high-speed flow is formed at the parts of the fine pieces 3B at both sides of the area 12 whereby a flow speed (ua) may be increased at a part whereat a difference DELTAT between a fin temperature T1 and a fluid temperature Ta is large and the amount Q of heat exchange may be increased jumpingly. On the other hand, the difference DELTAT and the flow speed (ua) are small in the low-speed area 12, therefore, affection to the whole of the title heat exchanger may be small.

    • PURPOSE:To contrive to shorten boring treatment time extremely, by setting at least one parallel plane mirror which reflects part of incident light by a first face, reflects the rest by a second face and divides the incident light into two reflected parallel incident lights in front of a lens. CONSTITUTION:Laser beam is collected by using a lens and a test specimen such as a live cell, etc., traveling relatively based on the lens is irradiated with the laser beam and bored. In the operation, at least one of parallel plane mirrors 24 and 24' which reflects part of incident light by a first face, reflects the rest by a second face and divides the incident light into two parallel reflected lights is set in front of a lens and the laser beam A sent to the lens is divided into plural laser beams A1-A4.
