    • PURPOSE:To output an operation guide corresponding to a state of a plant, by calculating the index of a deviation from an objective with major process variables of the plant and outputting the operation guide through the selection of sub-systems. CONSTITUTION:A process variable deviation index calculating section 4 fetches major process variables and their changing rate of a main system 2 to obtain the deviation index of the process variable to an objective and gives the index to a sub-system start request selecting section 11. The selecting section 11 selects the process variables in which this deviation index is a preset reference value or more, and calculates an operation request index of each sub-system 3. A start request is outputted to a system 4 with an operation stop discrimination section 5 and a failure presence/absence detecting section 6 out of the systems 4 selected by the sections 5 and 6, in which the operation request index is a prescribed valur or more. An operation guide calculating section 12 outputs a start instruction or a stop instruction, or an instruction mitigating a process variable not satisfying limit conditions to the system 4 requested for the start. This instruction signal is displayed on a guide display section 13.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of a plant operation guidance system, by selecting an operation at the safety side of guides, one guide corresponding to a produced phenomenon and the other corresponding to the varying indication of a safety parameter. CONSTITUTION:The plant data 4 of a plant 1 composed of a main system 2 and subsystem 3 is inputted to a parameter varying indication calculating section 5, safety function monitoring section 6, phenomenon discriminating section 7, and a plant responding change measuring section 8. An operation guide determining section 9 determines a safety side operation by fetching discriminated results of a safety parameter varying indication, functional conditions of each subsystem, presence/absence of abnormal/accidental phenomenon, and outputs the determined result as an operation guide 13. An operational effect evaluating section 10 discriminates the presence/absence of an operational effect by using a plant response estimating model 11 and outputs the result as an operational effect evaluating guide 14. The operation guide 13 and operational effect evaluating guide 14 are displayed on an operation guide displaying section 15.
