    • PURPOSE:To improve the reliability, by transmitting/receiving power calculated respectively for two series and then obtaining an average level and selecting a generator to be interrupted based on the average level. CONSTITUTION:An average effective power between series A and B is calculated based on effective power C1A-C3A is series A and effective power C1B-C3B in series B. No control is made for an average frequency lower than a judging level. When the average frequency is higher than the judging level, an interruption signal is fed through a signal line C4A to a circuitbreaker CB1 if the absolute value of a difference between the average effective power and a comparison level is equal to or lower than the judging level so as to separate a generator G1 from the system. If the average effective power is lower than the comparison level, an interruption signal is fed through a signal line C5A to a circuitbreaker CB2 so as to separate a generator G2 from the system. If the average effective power is higher than the comparison level, an interruption signal is fed through a signal line C6A to a circuitbreaker CB3 so as to separate a generator G3 from the system. Consequently, the reliability can be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To enable precise frequency detection even at a low sampling rate by measuring the period of a cycle of voltage on the basis of a time point where a sampled value has a sign opposite to the previous one. CONSTITUTION:The state of inversion of a sampling value is detected on the basis of an instantaneous sampling voltage information obtained by sampling a voltage which is an object of detection. When the inversion of the sign thereof is detected, a voltage at the intermediate time point of two sampling values a1 and a2 used for said detection is assumed. Next, an input information, that is, a zero point a'1 of the voltage is assumed by using the information used for the detection of the sign inversion and an information at the intermediate time point. Based on an information on detection of this zero point, subsequently, a zero point of a subsequent period is detected from a zero point of minus, and a 1/2 period of the voltage is determined. Then, the reciprocal number of this period is calculated, so as to determine a frequency.

A division part 304, on the other hand, divides a variation DELTAf in frequency by a reference value f0 of frequency and multiplication parts 305-307 halve the outputs of the division part 304 and multiplication parts 305 and 307. Further, an addition part 308 adds the outputs of the multiplication parts 305-307, an addition part 309 adds '1' to the output of the addition part 308, and a block 310 halves the output of the addition part 309 to obtain sinomegaDELTAt. A division part 311, on the other hand, divides the output of the block 303 by the output of the block 310 to obtain the reactive power Q. Thus, the accu rate effective value is calculated.
