    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a slosh of wave caused in a liquid storage tank container in an earthquake, by a simple configuration.
      SOLUTION: The liquid storage tank container 30 stores a liquid and has a storage section having a side wall 1 and a bottom plate 2. A plurality of high wave resistance pipes 4b are disposed on the outer periphery of the side wall. A ring hat 4 is formed by connecting the high wave resistance pipes in an annular form. Communicating means 15, which makes the adjacent high wave resistance pipes communicate with each other, are disposed on the high wave resistance pipes. Openings 11 through which the liquid in the storage section to be introduced to the high wave resistance pipes are formed in the side walls opposite to the lower parts of the high wave resistance pipes. An air wave caused by waving in the storage section is led into the communicating means to reduce waving of a liquid face by the air half-compression damper effect of the communicating means.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retain the quality of an article to be treated at a constant by preventing an influence relating to plasma treatment on the article to be treated before plasma treatment or on the article to be treated after plasma treatment by preventing diffusion of the plasma produced by the plasma treatment, a charged particle and dust in a plasma treatment device. SOLUTION: In the plasma treatment device 10, an unwinding device 4 for unwinding the article 20 to be treated; a plasma irradiation part 6 irradiating the article 20 to be treated unwound from the unwinding device 4 with the plasma; and a winding device 5 for winding the article 20 to be treated irradiated with the plasma at the plasma irradiation part 6 are installed in a closed space. Further, a magnetic field shield 8 for preventing diffusion of the plasma produced at the plasma irradiation part 6, the charged particle and the charged dust is provided between the plasma irradiation part 6 and the unwinding device 4 and the winding device 5 at both sides of the part 6.
