SOLUTION: In a casing having a heat discharging section and a cooling fan, a guide section that is elongated by a predetermined value in relation to the heat discharging section is provided in a portion of the casing. During forced air-cooling of the cooling fan by the guide section, gas heated by a substrate that generates a large amount of heat is prevented from flowing towards a substrate that generates a relatively small amount of heat and heating the substrate that generates a relatively small amount of heat. To achieve this, for example, the substrate that generates a large amount of heat is placed in a position closer to the cooling fan than the substrate that generates a relatively small amount of heat. Alternatively, the substrate that generates a large amount of heat is placed in a position closer to an intake surface than the substrate that generates a relatively small amount of heat.
