      SOLUTION: The PCR restamping device for receiving a plurality of transmission bands by dividing an MPEG-TS for each packet and composing the divided packets and restamping time reference information comprises a plurality of receiving buffers 121 and 122 for receiving a plurality of packets through a plurality of transmission lines, a buffer 13 for composing the packets received by the plurality of receiving buffers 121 and 122 as one stream, a circuit 17 for detecting the time t1 when the packet arrives at the composition buffer 13, a null buffer 14 outputting a null packet, a circuit 15 for multiplexing the packet from the composition buffer 13 and the null packet from the null buffer 14, and a restamping section 16 for detecting the output time t2 of the packet from the multiplex circuit 15 and restamping the time determined by adding a value obtained by subtracting the time t1 from the time t2 to the time T described in the packet.
