At least an inter-layer insulating film is formed of an organic material layer formed over the entire area of the liquid crystal display part, the pixel electrodes and counter electrodes are formed in a beltlike pattern extending having at least one bent part in one direction, and respective pixel areas at the circumference of the liquid crystal display part are areas which do not contribute to display.
