摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment system of polluted soil capable of enhancing the stability and certainty of fluorine insolubilizing treatment by spreading an insolubilizing agent to all parts of polluted soil, and a treatment method of polluted soil. SOLUTION: The treatment system of polluted soil is equipped with a sorting process (S 324) for classifying fluorine-containing polluted soil corresponding to a particle size to sort it into polluted soil with a particle size larger than a target particle size G3 and polluted soil with a particle size smaller than the target particle size G3, a crushing process (S325) for crushing the polluted soil with a particle size larger than the target particle size G3 sorted in the sorting process (S 324), and an insolubilizing treatment process (S 330) for mixing a solution of magnesium oxide and magnesium chloride with the polluted soil, which is obtained by mixing the polluted soil with a particle size smaller than the target particle size sorted in the sorting process (S 324) with the polluted soil crushed in the crushing process (S 325), to subject fluorine in the polluted soil to insolubilizing treatment.
