The Vickers hardness of the outside surface of the reflection preventing layer 1 is ≥35 N/mm 2 . The protective member is obtained by curing a mixture containing 10.0-80.0 pts.wt. acrylic acid-based derivative polymer or 15.0-89.9 pts.wt. acrylic acid-based derivative and 0.1-5.0 pts.wt. photopolymerization initiator as essential components.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of a plasma display which possesses the characteristics of radiation shield, scatter prevention and impact absorption.
      SOLUTION: A resin is applied to at least either transparent substrate or metallic foil, or to both of them so that both may be stuck. Subsequently, the plasma display is manufactured such that: the resin which can be hardened with ultraviolet rays or an electron beam is applied on the metal meshes obtained by chemical etching processing of a metallic foil; and the electromagnetic wave shielding member is made transparent by hardening it with ultraviolet rays or an electron beam, while laminating a transparent film on this resin surface so as to stick it directly to the surface of the display via an adhesion material or adhesive.
