    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a dynamic range becomes extremely narrow when occasion demands because a positioning error is integrated in case of controlling the position by motor drive, and to prevent an error of controlling the position by the motor by carrying out initialization and prevent the mechanical resistance of a motor position control device from increasing. SOLUTION: In a control method of a motor which opens or closes the passage hole of an intake air introduction path to a turbocharger of an automobile by means of movable vanes via an adjustable link by output of the rotary shaft, rotation of the motor is controlled to the halt position in such a direction as to close the movable vanes by the motor and to the halt position in such a direction as to open the movable vanes. The halt position is regarded as a motor operation criterion opening point. The motor is made to be operable between both the halt positions.
