    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire which acquires superior weather resistance than before without simply increasing a content of a UV absorber and/or light stabilizer in an insulating resin layer, in the electric wire formed by coating a conductor or optical fiber with the insulating resin layer.SOLUTION: The electric wire is formed by coating a circumference of the conductor or optical fiber with the insulating resin layer made of an insulating resin. The insulating resin layer contains at least carbon black or a pigment, the ultraviolet absorber and/or light stabilizer, and further a leaching inducing agent for inducing leaching of the ultraviolet absorber and/or light stabilizer. Fatty acid amide having carbon atoms in a range of 11 or more but 22 or less, fatty acid bisamide having carbon atoms in a range of 9 or more but 42 or less, or a combination of fatty acid amide having carbon atoms in a range of 11 or more but 22 or less and fatty acid bisamide having carbon atoms in a range of 9 or more but 42 or less are particularly preferably used as the leaching inducing agent.
