    • PURPOSE:To enable a portable extruder to be easily disassembled, delivered, and assembled again by attaching main constituent parts, such as a motor, a coupling, a decelerator, bearings, a cylinder, etc., to the upside of a supporting base for an extruder. CONSTITUTION:An operating board serving as a stand 8 and a base 6 having a guide projection 11 on its longitudinal direction are fixed to a base 9 with wheels by means of fixing tools, e.g., bolts, etc. A bearing 5, a decelerator 4, a coupling 3, and a motor 2 are orderly set along the guide projections 11 of the base 6 by fitting their grooves formed on the downsides on the projections 11 and then fixed to the base 6 by clamping the bolts 13 by means of a U- shaped clamper 12. A cylinder 1 is connected to the bearing 5 and a hopper 10 is connected to the cylinder 1. An extruder can thus be easily assembled and can also be simply disassembled manually when delivered.

    • PURPOSE:To enable to lead out continuously a heat-shrinkable resin tube from a molded tube by making friction with an inner wall of the molded tube decrease, by a method wherein a crystalline polymer resin tube in which pressurized air is fed is heated by a medium liquid on the outside of the tube and the medium liquid after heat radiation is discharged into the open air. CONSTITUTION:Internal pressure through which expansion molding can be perfomed at the specific temperature of more than the softening point and less than a flow-point is applied to crystalline polymer resin tube 3. The above is fed to a resin tube molding part 8 and led to a pressing and heating chamber 14. Pressure at the inside and outside of the tube is made to balance by a pressurized medium liquid from an inlet 14' of the medium liquid and heated up to the temperature of more than the softening point and less than the flow-point by the pressurized medium liquid based on heating by a heat source 15. When the pressurized medium liquid after heat radiation is discharged into the open air through fine hole 20 of a conical part 16, the crystalline polymer resin tube 3 is expanded by the pressure in the inside of the tube. The crystalline polymer resin tube 3 is brought into contact with an inner wall of the conical part 16 and an expanded inner wall of the inside of a molded tube 17, and simultaneously with molding it is cooled, cured and made into a heat-shrinkable resin 9. Friction, therefore, with the inner wall of the molded tube is reduced and it becomes possible to lead out flawlessly, continuously and easily the heat-shrinkable resin tube.

When changing the rotary motion at the leading edge of nozzle 1, the linear member 10 can be contained in random shape.
