A rinsing process is performed in a state where water is stored in the outer tub 9 by the water supply means. Water used in the rinsing process is discharged by opening a drain valve. The drain valve is closed at a water level higher than a bottom surface of the inner tub. Then, the inner tub 8 is rotated at a rotational speed faster than a rotational speed in a step of spraying rinsing water while rotating the inner tub in the rinsing process.
