Thus the outer lid is not opened.

The dew condensation saucer 5 is composed of a material having a smaller heat capacity than that of the inner lid 4, and its circumferential surface has direct contact with the under surface of the inner lid 4 through a seal packing 5d. A saucer part 5a is equipped with a plurality of steam flow pathways 5j and a lid-heating means 10 is electrified during steaming and heat retention, thereby dew condensation water accumulated in the dew condensation saucer 5 is supplied as steam from the steam flow pathways 5j into the inner kettle 3.

A lid heating means 10 is provided on the outer lid 2 to heat the inner lid 4. A condensation receiving plate 5 is provided on a lower surface of the inner lid 4 to cover roughly the whole surface of the inner lid 4. The condensation receiving plate 5 is composed of material having lower heat capacity than the inner lid 4. Its outer circumferential surface is tightly in contact with the lower surface of the inner lid 4 through a seal packing 5d. The condensation receiving plate 5 has a roughly circular swollen part 5i located closer to the inner lid steam passage 7 than to the outer circumferential side, and projected toward the inner lid 4. A plurality of steam passages 5j are provided on the swollen part 5i along the circle.
