    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement composition which has high flowability before hardening and can exhibits high mechanical strength after hardening without using pozzolanic micropowder such as silica fume. SOLUTION: The cement composition contains cement clinker pulverized material, gypsum, fine aggregate, water and a water reducer but does not contain pozzolanic micropowder, wherein a mass ratio (W/C) of water (W) and cement clinker pulverized material (C) is 0.28 or less, a flow value is 210 mm or more which is measured without performing drop operations of 15 times according to the method described in "JIS R 5201 (physical testing method of cement) 11. flow test" and a compressive strength at a material age of 28 days is 90 MPa or more.
