Besides, spaces to form flow passages for combustion gas can freely be designed in the heating unit 41, so that the temperature on the whole surface of a heating unit 41 at the time of pulsating combustion can be unified, as a result, the efficiency of a heating unit can be increased.

A valve case 32 having a bottom part and cylindrical shape is provided in the valve 31. An air chamber 34 of the valve 31 is formed of the valve case 32 and a base plate 33. A disc-shaped packer plate 35 is fixed to the plate 33 via a supporting shaft 36, further, plural air supply holes 37 are bored on the plate 33, while pressure propagating holes 38 are bored on the plate 35. Then, the air supply holes 37 are opened and closed by a valve seat 39, meantime, the second and the third base plates 40, 41 having respectively different protruding depth into the valve case 32 are provided in the valve 31, while those base plates are utilized selectively.
