    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction device which is high in speed, excellent in durability and has reduced noise. SOLUTION: The suction device is provided with rotary shielding plates 34a, 34b, 34c which are rotationally driven with a servomotor without contacting with a cylindrical body 20 and, when a part 10a in which fins are formed is entered a suction port 22, the part 10a in which the fins are formed is sucked to the suction port 22 by interrupting the suction of air from opening parts 24, 24 and, when the part 10a in which the fins are formed is sucked to the suction port 22 is formed into a fin F for heat exchangers, air is sucked from the opening parts 24, 24 and the fin F for heat exchangers are discharged to a stacking device. A control part for controlling the servomotor is provided so that, when the part 10a in which the fins are formed is entered the suction port 22, the rotary shielding plates 34a, 34b, 34c are in the suction position and, when it is cut into the fin F for heat exchangers, the rotary shielding plates 34a, 34b, 34c are in a discharging position.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional manufacturing device of a fin for a heat exchanger that the excessive feeding of a metal band-like body may be generated when movement in a feeding direction of a reciprocation body of a feeding device for the metal band-like body is stopped.
      SOLUTION: The tension imparting device includes the feeding device provided at an exit side of a press device for forming a through-hole with a collar on the metal band-like body constituting the press device of the manufacturing device of the fin for the heat exchanger; and a grasping device 60 provided at an entrance side of the press device and imparting predetermined tension to the metal band-like body when the feeding of the metal band-like body to the press device by the feeding device is stopped. On the grasping device 60, a grasping member abutted on and grasping the metal band-like body so that predetermined tension is imparted to the metal band-like body when the feeding of the feeding device is stopped, and releasing the grasping when the feeding of the feeding device is started.
