SOLUTION: An apparatus for processing a rotating print surface of a plate 3 capable of forming images again with a processing liquid 11 such as a cleaning liquid, a coating liquid, and a rinsing liquid is provided with a plurality of nozzles 6a-6e, and a blanket device 4 disposed so as to be able to swing along the straight line parallel with a rotating shaft 12 of a print surface, wherein the nozzles 6a-6e are configured as jet nozzles each capable of swinging around a swinging shaft 13 vertical to the rotating shaft 12 to distribute the processing liquid 11 along the direction parallel with the rotating shaft 12.
