    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter with a fan constituted so as to blow off chips simultaneously with the rotation of a tool at the time of processing of wood by the fan.
      SOLUTION: The cutter 1 with the fan is constituted by integrally mounting a cutting blade part 3 on the end part of a shank 2 and attaching the fan 4 to the shank 2 provided to the upper part of the cutting blade part 3. The cutter 1 with the fan thus constituted is mounted on the main shaft 6 of the main shaft head 5 of an NC router and the fan is rotated along with the cutter when wood to be processed is processed to blow off chips.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressing cutter of a workpiece plate causing no dislocation of the plate when cutting the plate by surely pressing down the plate by constituting the pressing cutter of the plate so as to cut the plate by moving a sub-frame together with a head while pressing down the plate by a lower part of the sub-frame.
      SOLUTION: An inside frame 21 of a pressing-down member 20 is fixed. The inside frame 21 is composed of a circular frame 21a, and a disk part 21b integrally formed with the circular frame 21a. A cylinder 22 is installed on the disk part 21b. A cutout 21c is formed in the central direction from a side part of the disk part 21b. A thin disk part 24a formed inside an outside frame 24 is inserted into the cutout 21c. When extending a driving shaft 22a of the cylinder 22 installed on the disk part 21b, the circular frame 21a of the inside frame 21 is positioned in the substantially center of the outside frame 24.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the phase shift of workpiece placed on caterpillar chains and highly accurately carry out straight line working, curved line working or oblique line working of the workpiece during its conveying by a method wherein respective caterpillar chains in every row or in every block row are controlled so as to be rotationally driven individually and at synchronously equal speed or at variable speed by means of respective exclusive driving sources. CONSTITUTION:Caterpillar chains 1 and 2 on respective rows are controlled so as to be rotationally driven through driving side sprockets 1A and 2A individually and at synchronously equal speed or at variable speed by means of exclusive driving sources 5A and 5B of respective systems. In the driving controlling method for individually running respective rows of the caterpillar chains 1 and 2 by an open-loop synchronuous running system, by inputting pulse signals sent from motor drivers 8A and 8B, both of which are controlled by a controller 8, to the respective exclusive driving sources 5A and 5B, the driving sources 5A and 5B are run on digital control. Due to the above-mentioned running of digital control, the slippage in the positions and speeds of the respective caterpillar chains 1 and 2 becomes hard to occur. Further, since the caterpillar chains can be rotationally controlled at variable speed in every row or in every block row, curved line working and oblique working become possible.

    • PURPOSE:To provide the floating head of an NC router capable of controlling the processing depth of a plate to be processed by performing processing in the contact state with the reference surface of a setting member. CONSTITUTION:A spline shaft 23e is connected to the center shaft 23d of a holder main body 23 and a rotation cut-off part 26 cutting off rotation by a first bearing 25 is provided to the holder main body 23 and the rotation of the lower spline shaft 23e of the rotation cut-off member is cut off by a second bearing 29. Further, the spline shaft 23e is slid up and down and a slide member 28 always energized toward the leading end of a tool 24 by a spring 32 is provided and a setting member 35 having a reference surface 35a coming into contact with a plate to be processed and capable of setting the processing depth from the surface of the plate to be processed is provided to the lower part of the slide member 28 in a controllable manner. By this constitution, in the floating head of an NC router, the processing depth of the plate to be processed can be arbitrarily set by controlling the setting member 35.
