SOLUTION: The electrophotographic transfer paper contains an additive for paper making, which is a mixture of a copolymer and a filler, in base paper, and is produced by applying and drying a surface treating agent on the base paper, and is characterized in that: the copolymer is obtained by polymerizing a monomer component containing at least a hydrophobic monomer (A) and a cationic monomer (B) and has a quaternary rate of ≥40 mol%; and the surface treating agent contains a conducting agent.
