摘要： PURPOSE:To realize the extraction of high yield through an inexpensive system by dividing the remainder part of a plate after a rectangular member is arrange on the rectangular plate into three rectangles, and searching the arrangeable remaining member by joining two rectangles. CONSTITUTION:The rectangular member 2 is arranged on the rectangular plate 1, and the remainder part of the plate 1 is divided into three rectangles A, B and C. Next, the member which can be arranged on the rectangle A is searched from among the remaining members. Then, if this arrangement is possible, the rectangles B and C are joined, and searching is executed similarly. If the arrangement on the rectangle A is not possible, after searching the member which can be arranged on the rectangle B, the rectangles A and C are joined, and the searching is tried similarly. If this arrangement is not possible, the rectangles B and C are joined, and the searching is tried. Thus, the extraction can be executed by high yield by using the inexpensive system using a personal computer.
