摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener bag which can secure easiness in unsealing and resealability and which is appropriate for automatic filling and packaging wherein contents are filled and packaged simultaneously. SOLUTION: The fastener bag 1 includes a fastener device 20 having a male fastener 21 and a female fastener 22 which fit each other, wherein the device 20 is fixed to an internal surface of a bag-formed container 10. A cut-to-open portion 23 which tears to unseal the bag-formed container 10 is formed at a fixing portion 221 of the fastener device 20 to the container 10 along an extending direction of the device 20. Thus, the fastener bag 1 which is appropriate for automatic filling and packaging can be provided, wherein the bag 1 can be easily unsealed by tearing the portion 23 since the cut-to-open portion 23 is formed on the fixing portion 221 of the device 20, the bag 1 also can be resealed by the fastener device 20, and the number of components of the bag 1 is reduced.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bag which can be unsealed and resealed, and which is applicable to general automatic filling and packaging machines which do not require a special device by forming a bag-like container of a single wrapper, placing a zipper device on one of surfaces of the container, and providing a cut tape on an internal surface of the container. SOLUTION: Side rims 4a, 4b of a cylinder are heat-sealed to form a back seal 5, and a base 8a of a male zipper member 8, a base 9a of a female zipper member 9, and a cut tape 10 are fixed to an internal surface of the cylinder. Therefore, a bag-like container 2 filled with contents allows a zipper bag 1 to be unsealed for taking out the contents by pulling up a holding part of the cut tape 10 in a direction coming farther from a surface of the bag 1, resulting in a part between the base 8a of the male zipper member 8 and the bas 9a of the female zipper member 9 of the container 2 to be cut. In addition, the male zipper member 8 and the female zipper member 9 are fitted with each other to have remaining contents sealed.

The zipper device 3 has a male zipper member 8 and a female zipper member 9, wherein the member 8 is placed on a side of the heat seal 5 of the vessel 2, while the member 9 is placed at a position which can be fitted into the male zipper member 9 on the other side of the heat seal 5 of the vessel 2. An easy-to-tear means 10 is provided between the male zipper member 8 and the female zipper member 9.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener bag which improves the efficiency of contents filling work and in which a portion at which cutting of the bag starts is surely made. SOLUTION: A fastener bag 1 is constituted as a gassetted bag having a fastener 10 to freely open and close the bag. The bottom surface portion 4 of the bag is formed to have a long width, and the fastener 10 consists of a male component 11 having a protrusive rail 11b and a female component 12 having a groove 12b, to be engaged and disengaged with the protrusive rail 11b. The male and the female components 11 and 12 are attached on the inner surface of one of the plane portions 2 of the bag at the base portions 11a and 12a respectively in such a manner that the protrusive rail 11b and the groove 12b oppose each other. A cutting tape 14 for cutting and separating the plane portion 2 into the male and the female components 11 and 12 is provided between a portion on which the base portion 11a is mounted and a portion on which the base portion 11b is mounted on the portion 2.

摘要： PURPOSE:To heat-set films without generating fusion under the state of two superposition by executing a first heat treatment stage before a process in which a film is separated into two, and executing the heat treatment of a second stage under the state in which air is interposed between both separate films. CONSTITUTION:A crystalline thermoplastic resin film 1 is folded flatly by a guide plate 2 and pinch rolls 3, and thermally treated at a temperature higher than the shrinkage start temperature of the film 1 and lower than a temperature lower than the melting point of the film 1 by 30 deg.C. Both end sections of the flat film 1 are cut open by a trimming device 6, the film 1 is separated into two films 1A, 1B, melted and separated by rolls 8A, 8B, and forwarded and passed through three fluted rolls 9A-9C, and air is interposed between both films 1A, 1B and both films are superposed again. Both end sections are gripped by a tenter 10 in a second heating furnace 11, and these two films 1A, 1B are thermally treated at a temperature lower than the melting point of the film 1 and higher than a temperature lower than the melting point of the film 1 by 30 deg.C.
