    • PURPOSE:To surely and quickly realize the precise grinding and mixing by providing a device for peeling the material to be treated which is stuck on the inner surface of a casing and providing a device for peeling the material to be treated which is stuck on a grinding piece, a scraping piece and the supporting bodies thereof. CONSTITUTION:A casing 4 forming a grinding chamber 3 is freely rotatably provided. Further, a driving device 5 is provided which rotates the casing 4 at high velocity so that the material to be treated in the inside thereof is pushed on the inner circumferential surface 4a by centrifugal force. A grinding piece 9a and a scraping piece 9b are freely rotatably provided relatively for the inner circumferential surface 4a in the casing 4. In the first impact force imparting devices 18, 19, impact force is imparted to the casing 4 in order to peel the material to be treated which is stuck on the inner surface of the casing 4. Furthermore, in the second impact force imparting devices 20, 21, impact force is imparted in order to peel the material to be treated which is stuck on the grinding piece 9a, the scraping piece 9b and the supporting bodies 8b thereof.

    • PURPOSE:To store particulate matter of starting materials for a superconductor for over a long time while inhibiting deterioration of the quality due to atmospheric oxygen or moisture by covering the particulate matter with a covering material. CONSTITUTION:After calcining a primarily pulverized mixture of particulate starting materials for a superconductor, the product is sintered after secondary pulverization and mixing, to obtain thus a particulate matter of the superconducting material contg. Y or Bi. Then, the particulate matter is fed together with a covering material (e.g. fluoroplastic) to a treating chamber 3 of a bottomed cylindrical casing 4 revolved at high speed from a feeder 19 through a passage 6 with a transporting gas supplied by a fan 18. Thus, the particulate matter is covered by the covering material and pressed by a centrifugal force to an internal peripheral surface of the casing. Then, the particulate matter is pulverized by grinding pieces 9a by rotating the grinding pieces and scraping pieces 9b relatively with a fixed relative velocity difference against the casing 4 around a rotary shaft 8a interlocked to a driving device 5. The pulverized product is mixed simultaneously by stirring with the scraping pieces 9b, then conveyed pneumatically to a collector 15 from an overflow type discharging port 11 through a passage 10, and recovered.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder processing device for improving the efficiency of processing a material to be processed. SOLUTION: A powder processing device is provided with a cylindrical rotor 3 rotating around a rotating axial center X along the up and down direction and having a receiving face 6 on which a material 4 to be processed is pressed and an inner piece 5 so disposed as to be close to the receiving face 6 in the cylindrical rotating body 3, and both of the rotor and the inner piece are provided in a casing 2 with an almost cylindrical inner peripheral face 9 and the pressurizing force or shearing force is applied to the material 4 to be processed and the material is processed into a powder while the material 4 is circulated between a press space 7 clamped by the receiving face 6 and the inner piece 5 and a circulating line 10 clamped between the outer peripheral face 8 of the cylindrical rotor 3 and the inner peripheral face 9 of the casing 2 inside the casing 2 of a powder processing device. The device is rotated integrally with the cylindrical rotor 3 while being close to the inner peripheral face 9 of the casing 2, and a spiral protruded section 11 is provided on the outer peripheral face 8 of the cylindrical rotor 3 rotating around the rotating axis X.
