    • PURPOSE:To decrease the number of work processes and to improve the production efficiency by executing simultaneously cutting and temporary bending by a cutting edge which coincides roughly with an external shape of a fender at the time of working of a forming stock, and making a working margin of both end parts narrow in width. CONSTITUTION:At the time of working of a fender for a motor-bicycle, the outside periphery of a stock 10 brought to drawing is cut to external form dimensions, and a curing working margin 10b of a cut end part is brought to temporary bending, and thereafter, brought to curling working. As a result, cutting of the formed stock 10 becomes an edge shape which coincides roughly with an external shape of the fender, and by a cutting edge 13 provided with a temporary bend forming slanting face on the whole surface of an edge, cutting and temporary bending of the curling working margin 10b are executed simultaneously. Simultaneously, in both end parts in the width direction of a cutting edge 13, the curling working margin 10b is cut narrowly in width and brought to temporary bending. In such a way, the quality of the fender can be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To decrease the number of manufacturing process of a wheel rim and to improve the manufacturing efficiency by forming a flange part in the upper end part between the upper punch and a side die, and also, in the lower end part between the lower punch and the side die, at the time of descending of the upper die. CONSTITUTION:At the time of forming flanges F1, F2 in both end parts of a cylindrical body A, first of all, the lower end face of the cylindrical body A is supported by a supporting base 6 of a press equipment X, and in this state, a side die 7 is fitted externally to the outside peripheral surface of the cylindrical body A, and also, the upper die 1 is allowed to descend. Subsequently, on the way of descending of the upper die 1, first of all, the upper punch 2 is fitted internally to the upper part of the cylindrical body A and allowed to descend together with the cylindrical body A, the side die 7 and the supporting base 6. In this case, the upper end part of the cylindrical body A is pressed between the side die 7 and the punch 2, and the flange part F1 is formed in the upper end part. Subsequently, the upper die 1 descends as one body together with them, the lower end part of the cylindrical body A is pressed between the side die and the lower punch 4, and the flange F2 is formed in the lower end part. Accordingly, the flange is formed in the upper and part and the lower end part of the cylindrical body A by a single descent of the upper die.

    • PURPOSE:To work exactly a work having a circular section to a prescribed shape in the stage of working the same in two working positions by rotating the work in the 1st working position at a prescribed angle by a magnet and transferring the same to the 2nd working position. CONSTITUTION:A transfer bar 1 which is held lowered is moved by a distance (l) in a left direction to move a receiving base 2C by a displacement (x) from the 1st working position B to the position on the right side, then the bar 1 is moved upward. A pipe P worked in the position B contacts the slope S in a V- groove 3 of the base 2C and falls along the slope S. The pipe P rolls without slipping on the slope S by receiving the magnetic force of the magnet 7 in the base 2C and rotates by the prescribed angle corresponding to the displacement (x) until it arrives at the bottom of the groove 3. The bar 1 moves by the distance (l) in a right direction in this state and the base 2C arrives at the 2nd working position C. The bar 1 is lowered here and the pipe P is subjected to prescribed working in the 2nd working position.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a counter liquid pressure forming method capable of preventing wrinkles generated in a pressed product, and reducing the roundness (R) of a corner part of the pressed product formed by a shoulder of a punch.
      SOLUTION: In the counter liquid pressure forming method, the pressure of pressurized fluid before a punch enters performs the first stroke at a part 62 directly inside a blank holder 13 while maintaining the pressure of the pressurized fluid at the first pressure when referring the pressure to substantially maintain the flatness of a blank 56 as the first pressure P1, and the pressure higher than the first pressure as the second pressure. Next, the second stroke is performed while maintaining the pressure of the pressurized fluid at the second pressure. Further, the third stroke is performed while maintaining the pressure of the pressurized fluid to be substantially zero. In the pre-forming stage before performing the third stroke, generation of wrinkles on a pressed product can be prevented in the final forming stage without excessively pressing a part of the blank located directly inside the blank holder with the pressurized fluid.
