摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a sufficient sealing property, reducing a vibration sound effectively in a simple structure with no increase in the weight of a passage forming body, in a vibration reducing device having a vibration absorbing means to absorb a vibration transmitted from a vibration generating part through the liquid in a liquid passage, to the passage forming body to form the liquid passage to which at least a part of the vibration generating part is faced. SOLUTION: A through hole 17 whose inner end is opened at a liquid passage 14 is provided on the outer wall 11b of a passage forming body. And a blocking member 181 installed on the outer wall 11b by blocking the through hole 17; and an elastic membrane pressed in and fixed to the blocking member 181 by making its other surface face onto a space between the blocking member 181 , as well as making its one surface face onto the liquid passage 14; are provided to compose a vibration absorbing means 161 .

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a vibration absorbing means lightweight and compact in size with such a simple structure as entailing no weight increase of a passage formative body, in a vibration noise reducer wherein the vibration absorbing means, absorbing any vibration to be transmitted from a vibration generating part via a liquid in a liquid passage, is installed in the passage formative body forming the liquid passage to which at least a part of the vibration generating part is adjoined. SOLUTION: A vibration absorbing means 161 is comprised of a block body 181 with a supporting cylinder part 241 being peripherally provided with an external thread 28 to be screwed with an internal thread 23 being installed in the inner surface of a mounting hole 17 to be installed in an outer wall part 11b of a passage formative body, and an elastic diaphragm 191 whose one side is adjoined to the liquid passage 14 while the other side is adjoined to a space part 20 made up in a gaps with the block body 181 and being attached to an inner end of the block body 181, and in this constitution, a bottomed tool engaging hole 351 being opened to an outer end of the block body 181 is installed in the block body 181 after setting up a part along the axial direction of the tool engaging hole 351 within the axial range W, where the external thread 28 is set up, by the supporting cylinder part 24.

Vibration absorbing means 16 is formed of a block member 181 blocking the through hole 17 and installed on the outer wall part 11b; an elastic film 191 in which one surface is in alignment with the liquid passage 14 and the other surface is in alignment with a space part 20 formed between the elastic film 191 and the block member 181 ; and a holding member 211 installed on the block member 181 and for holding the elastic member 191 between the holding member 211 and the block member 181 .

SOLUTION: A vibration absorbing means 16 is composed of a blocking member 18 installed on the outer wall part 11b of a passage forming body by blocking a through hole 17 which is provided on the outer wall part 11b of a passage forming body by opening its inner end to a liquid passage 14; and an elastic membrane 191 installed on the blocking member 18 by making its both faces confront with a space 20 formed between the blocking member 18 and the liquid passage 14. In this case, the elastic membrane 191 is made bending to the blocking member 18 side until immediately before that the elastic membrane 191 seals the space 20 by contacting at least to the blocking member 18, in the installing on the blocking member 18.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise generated from an intake pipe into which bypass air flows, and form a throttle body compact and light in an intake device for an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: In this intake device for an internal combustion engine in which bypass air quantity passing a bypass air passage 8 for bypassing a throttle valve 4 is controlled by a rotary type air control valve 6, a step part 20 is formed on the side of a total closure end 17a of an orifice 17 of the bypass air passage 8 from the orifice 17 to reach an intake air passage 5 by cooperation of a passage wall surface 13a of a passage 13 of a valve housing 7 and a step part 1b in the throttle body 1. A part of bypass air collides with a step surface 1c to be deflected toward a tip of the step 1b, and then to generate turbulence in bypass air flowing above the tip, so pressure fluctuation of bypass air is reduced. As a result, vibration of the intake pipe 3 by bypass air flowing into the intake passage 5 is restricted, thereby noise is reduced.
